2024 Important Announcements for you New Hire Enrollment

- You must contact the Benefits Enrollment Line or Self-Enroll through the ADP portal to Elect or Waive coverage before your deadline.
- Remember to Log into ADP and update your Personal Information and Beneficiary.
- Click Here to Download and Complete the Tobacco Form before or along with your enrollment elections. HR must receive the form before the end of the month.
- Click Here to Download, Complete, and Submit the Evidence of Insurability (EOI) form to HR before the end of the month.
- If you are experiencing a Qualifying Life Event (QLE), kindly contact your direct Manager for further instructions. (Proof might be required).

For 2024, you can View/Print your Benefit Confirmation or Self-Enroll at your own pace 24/7.

Scheduling Instructions:
1. Select an available date on the calendar and then click on an available time to select your preferred appointment.
2. Visit https://renuity.mybenefitsinfo.com/ to review the Benefit Overview prior to your scheduled appointment.
3. SSN and Date of Birth required for Dependents (spouse or children).
4. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so by following the same steps you used to create your initial appointment.
